Yield: 8 Servings
|3 packs||Frozen; chopped spinach|
|1 cup||Pasteurized processed cheese|
|⅔ tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 can||Artichoke hearts|
Prepare spinach according to directions on package. Melt butter & cheese together. Add lemon juice. Pour over well-drained spinach. Add salt & pepper to taste. In buttered 8-½ inch square casserole, break up artichoke hearts & line bottom of dish. Cover with spinach mixture. Crumble cracker crumbs over top & drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
