Spinach sour cream casserole

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 Pkgs frozen spinach, chopped
8 ounces Sour cream
½ Envelope dry onion soup
Grated Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Cook spinach according to directions on package, drain. Mix spinach, sour cream, and onion soup mix. Place in casserole, sprinkle top with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-01-95
