Artichoke-spinach casserole #2

Ingredients

1can(8-oz) artichokes; quartered
2packsFrozen chopped spinach; cooked & drained
1Stick butter or margarine; melted
1pack(8-oz) cream cheese
poundsBacon; fried crisp & crumbled
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients except bacon & cheese in a casserole. Put bacon & cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
