Spicy nut salsa with blue cheese

Ingredients

3tablespoonsHazelnut oil or olive oil
4teaspoonsDry mustard
2teaspoonsGround allspice
½cupHazelnuts -- coarsely
Chopped
½cupPecan pieces
½cupSlivered almonds -- coarsely
Chopped
1cupCelery -- chopped
1cupGorgonzola or blue cheese --
Crumbled
2tablespoonsHoney

Directions

Heat first 3 ingredients in heavy large skillet over medium heat.

Add nuts and saute until golden, about 7 min. Transfer to large bowl.

Stir in celery, cheese and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 cups
