Peppery blue cheese sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Flour
¾ cup Milk
½ \N 4 oz. pkg blue cheese; (about 1/2 cup)
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Melt butter/margarine over med. heat; stir in lour till well blended, Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, till mixture is thickened. Remove from heat, stir in cheese and remaining ingredients.

Makes 1 cup to serve over grilled steak or beef patties.
