Spiced yogurt marinade

2 Cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Plain yogurt
¼ cup Safflower oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
1 Onion, minced
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh coriander or parsley
1 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh gingerroot
2 teaspoons (approx) curry powder
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients, adding more curry powder, if desired; mix well.
