5 millilitres | 1 tsp ground cumin. |
1¼ millilitre | Half tsp ground turmeric. |
1¼ millilitre | Quarter tsp chili powder. |
5 millilitres | 1 tsp ground coriander. |
5 millilitres | 1 tsp garam masala. |
5 millilitres | 1 tsp paprika. |
1 large | Clove garlic, crushed. |
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one hour. Cook over a barbecue, under a grill or in the oven at 230 c, 450 f, gas mark 8.
