Spicy yoghurt dip

Yield: 693 kilojoules

Measure Ingredient
8 13/16 ounce Skim Milk yoghurt
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Finely chopped mint
1 teaspoon Seeded mustard
2 \N Shallots, finely chopped
1 \N Sachet Equal

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth. Serve with crisp raw julienne of carrot, celery, zucchini and snowpeas.
