Ginger-yogurt marinade for chicken

1Inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped fine
1teaspoonGaram masala
¼teaspoonTurmeric salt and pepper to taste
4Chicken breasts, skinned and boned

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place chicken and marinade in an airtight container and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through.
