Ginger-yogurt marinade for chicken

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Yogurt
1 Inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped fine
1 teaspoon Garam masala
¼ teaspoon Turmeric salt and pepper to taste
4 Chicken breasts, skinned and boned

Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place chicken and marinade in an airtight container and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and grill or broil 5-6 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through.
