Spiced cranberry ring

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (3 oz) Raspbery Jello
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
\N dash Of ground cloves
2 cups Boiling water
2 \N Cns(8oz) whole berry
\N \N Cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Grated orange rind
1 cup Diced orange sections
1 cup Apple, chopped

Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon, and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in orange and apple. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm about 4 hours. Unmold.

Garnish as desired. Makes 9 servings.

Cathy's variation: Make as above in 9x13 glass dish. Then add another 2 boxes of Jello on top
