Spiced cranberry ring

Ingredients

| 2 | packs | (3 oz) Raspbery Jello |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| dash | Of ground cloves | |
| 2 | cups | Boiling water |
| 2 | Cns(8oz) whole berry | |
| Cranberry sauce | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated orange rind |
| 1 | cup | Diced orange sections |
| 1 | cup | Apple, chopped |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon, and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in orange and apple. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm about 4 hours. Unmold.
Garnish as desired. Makes 9 servings.
Cathy's variation: Make as above in 9x13 glass dish. Then add another 2 boxes of Jello on top
