2 packs | (3 oz) Raspbery Jello |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
\N dash | Of ground cloves |
2 cups | Boiling water |
2 \N | Cns(8oz) whole berry |
\N \N | Cranberry sauce |
2 tablespoons | Grated orange rind |
1 cup | Diced orange sections |
1 cup | Apple, chopped |
Dissolve gelatin, salt, cinnamon, and cloves in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Chill until thickened. Fold in orange and apple. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm about 4 hours. Unmold.
Garnish as desired. Makes 9 servings.
Cathy's variation: Make as above in 9x13 glass dish. Then add another 2 boxes of Jello on top
