Spicy cranberries

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
2 eaches One Inch Sticks Of Cinnamon
1 cup Fresh Cranberries

Combine ¼ cup of water and the sugar in a small saucepan. Add the cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring, and boil until the sugar dissolves. Add the cranberries and continue to boil until the cranberries pop, about 2 minutes. Cool and remove the cinnamon sticks. Serve in hollowed out lemon cups made by scooping out the lemon segments in a lemon half. Submitted By RICH HARPER On 08-06-95
