Spaghetti sauce no. 4

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
6 \N Cloves garlic, sliced thin
24 ounces Crushed tomatoes
\N \N Oregano
\N \N Thyme
2 smalls Cans mushrooms, sliced
2 smalls Onions, sliced thin
12 ounces Tomato sauce
\N \N Basil
\N \N Sugar

Cook ground beef until crumbly. Add garlic, onion rings, and spices. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and sauce, sugar. Bring to a boil, add mushrooms, then simmer for 1 to 1-½ hours, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
