Spaghetti sauce 3

Ingredients

| 2 | cans | (46 oz) tomato juice |
| 24 | ounces | Tomato paste |
| 1 | large | Onion, cut into eighths |
| 2 | smalls | Hot peppers, split and sliced |
| 6 | Cloves garlic, minced (up to 8) | |
| 1 | tablespoon | (heaping) brown sugar |
| 1 | Stalk celery, chopped | |
| 1 | Green pepper, cut into eighths | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Oregano |
| 2 | teaspoons | Basil |
| 2 | pounds | Hamburger or hot Italian sausage |
Directions
Combine everything except meat in large pot. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 4-6 hours. Cook uncovered for one hour. Remove vegetables.
Brown meat. Drain well. Cook meat in sauce for an additional hour.
