Real italian spaghetti sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
½ pounds Italian sausage
1½ pounds Pork
1 cup Chopped onions
2 \N Garlic cloves; minced
1 can Italian tomatoes; (30 oz.)
1 can Italian tomatoes; (16 oz.)
1 can Tomato paste; (6 oz.)
2 cups Tomato juice
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Snipped parsley
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Crushed oregano
¼ teaspoon Crushed thyme
1 \N Bay leaf
½ teaspoon MSG

Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Brown ground beef, sausage and pork after onions and garlic have been removed. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 hours, or until sauce is thick.
