Measure Ingredient
1 kilograms Lamb chops
500 grams Onions, thinly sliced
\N \N Marinade
10 millilitres Crushed garlic
3 eaches Bay leaves
3 eaches Whole cloves garlic
1 each Green chili, finely chopped
5 millilitres Borrie (turmeric)
30 millilitres Curry powder
45 millilitres Sugar
5 millilitres Salt
60 millilitres Lemon juice or vinegar

Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the chops for 1 hour.

Place meat and marinade in a saucepan with onions and cook, covered, over medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat is tender.

Serve with boiled squash and potatoes. Serves 6.
