DIRECTIONS
In a frying pan on top of the stove or in the microwave oven, cook beef until it is no longer pink. Drain fat. Add onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and cook about 5 minutes or until flour is absorbed. Stir in milk to cooked beef mixture. Heat to a simmer, stirring frequently. Cook until thickened. Serve hot over toast points, hot Chinese noodles, or biscuits. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
