Shrimp dip #09

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cooked shrimp -or-
2 cans (4.25-oz) shrimp; rinsed and drained
1 pack (3-oz) cream chesse; softened
⅓ cup Thousand island dressing
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Grated or chopped onion
1 teaspoon Horseradish

Serve with crakers,veggies,tortilla chips, or for a change use crabmeat instead of shrimp. This also works well as a special salad dressing. Also you can spread this on garlic bread, and sprinkle parmesan chesse,then heat under the broiler for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp with reamining ingredients; mix well.

Spoon misture into serving bowl, granish with reserved shrimp, and chill.

Makes 2-½ cups.
