Yield: 10 Servings
|½ pounds||Cooked shrimp -or-|
|2 cans||(4.25-oz) shrimp; rinsed and drained|
|1 pack||(3-oz) cream chesse; softened|
|⅓ cup||Thousand island dressing|
|2 tablespoons||Grated or chopped onion|
Serve with crakers,veggies,tortilla chips, or for a change use crabmeat instead of shrimp. This also works well as a special salad dressing. Also you can spread this on garlic bread, and sprinkle parmesan chesse,then heat under the broiler for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the shrimp, reserving a few whole shrimp for garnish. In a large bowl, combine chopped shrimp with reamining ingredients; mix well.
Spoon misture into serving bowl, granish with reserved shrimp, and chill.
Makes 2-½ cups.
