| ½ | pounds | Grated sharp cheddar |
| 4 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | tablespoon | Celery seed |
| ½ | cup | To 2/3 c. dark ale |
| 1 | dash | Paprika |
Directions
Blend all ingredients except paprika in food processor. Place in serving bowl and garnish with paprika. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or crudites.
