4 ounces | Cream cheese |
1 tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | Celery seed |
½ cup | To 2/3 c. dark ale |
1 dash | Paprika |
Blend all ingredients except paprika in food processor. Place in serving bowl and garnish with paprika. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or crudites.
