Beer cheese spread

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Monterey Jack cheese; shredded & softened |
| 8 | ounces | Cheddar cheese; shredded & softened |
| ½ | cup | Beer |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top blastic bag; push air out of bag, and seal.
Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency.
Serve with bagel chips.
