Beer cheese spread

Ingredients

8ouncesMonterey Jack cheese; shredded & softened
8ouncesCheddar cheese; shredded & softened
½cupBeer
1teaspoonGarlic powder
½teaspoonDry mustard
teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
¼teaspoonTabasco sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top blastic bag; push air out of bag, and seal.

Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency.

Serve with bagel chips.
