Beer and cheese dip

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sharp Cheddar Cheese
\N \N Beer
\N \N Catsup

Put cheese through a meat grinder or grate into a large bowl. Mix cheese with catsup and beer until mixture is right for a dip. Refrigerate. Take out an hour before the party so it will be ready to serve.

Serves 20 to 25
