Cheddar beer cheese

Ingredients

| 4 | cups | (16 ounces) grated sharp Cheddar Cheese at room temperature |
| 2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Flat beer |
Directions
Place all in blender or food processor. Process till smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve at room temperature with crackers. Yield: about 2 cups spread.
