| ½ | teaspoon | Mustard, dry |
| 1.00 | dash | Paprika |
| ⅓ | cup | Beer |
| 1.00 | teaspoon | Tobasco sauce |
| 3.00 | tablespoon | Milk |
Directions
Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a suacepan heat beer and tobasco util just warm.
Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constatnely till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
