Salmon teriyaki

Measure Ingredient
3 \N - 4 slices of salmon filet
6 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
6 tablespoons Orange juice
6 tablespoons Ketchup
6 tablespoons Brown sugar


I am one Hanna that was looking for a fish suggestion for Rosh Ha Shana. I ended up making salmon teriyaki. The recipe was sent to me by someone on the list (all I have is a return email address -- SEGA613@...). It was absolutely wonderful and very easy to make. I did not see it in the archive so I'm listing it below.

Mix 6 TBS teriyaki, 6 TBS orange juice, 6 TBS ketchup, 6 TBS brown sugar.

Cover fish and marinate (at least 12 hours).

Bake in oven at 350 for about ½ hour or until fish is done.
