Seafood scampi~

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Margarine
1 medium Onion -- cut in wedges
1 Green Pepper
1 Clove Garlic -- finely
Chopped
1 pack Louis Kemp Crab Delights
Flakes
4 ounces Mushrooms -- sliced
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
½ teaspoon Lemon Pepper
6 ounces Fettuccini Noodles --
Cooked

Melt margarine in a skillet on med-high. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining Scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes. Add fettuccini; toss and heat through.
