Seafood casserole #2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Flour
1½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 can Crab meat
1 can Shrimp
1 can Lobster
1 can Mushrooms

Prepare white sauce using the butter, flour, milk, salt, parsley & sherry.

Add cans of seafood & simmer 10 minutes. Pour into greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. May be served over rice. 4-5 servings.
