Sea coast casserole

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter Or Regular Margarine
¼ cup Unbleached Flour
2½ cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1½ cup Cheddar; Sharp, Shredded
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese; Grated
1 pounds Fish Fillets; Cooked, Flaked
2½ ounce Mushrooms; Drained, 1 Cn/Jar
¼ cup Pimento; Chopped
1 x Rice; Hot, Cooked

Make a white sauce with the butter, milk, flour and seasonings. Add the cheeses and stir until they are melted. Stir in the flaked fish, mushrooms and pimento and heat through. Serve over the hot rice and garnish with parsley, if desired.
