Savoury meat loaf with sauce

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Can Cream of Mushroom and
Onion Soup
2 pounds Lean ground round
⅓ cup Dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Ketchup
2 Eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅓ cup Water

In large bowl, combine ½ cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, eggs, worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper; mix throughly with hands. Press mixture firmly in 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 60 60 70 minutes or unitl done. Drain liquid. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine remaining soup and water. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
