¼ cup | Brown sugar |
¼ cup | Vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Mustard |
2 pounds | Ground beef |
1 cup | Sliced mushrooms |
1 each | Egg, slightly beaten |
¼ cup | Onion minced |
¼ cup | Crushed crackers |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce. Combine remaining ingredients, kneading together with hands. Add ½ tomato sauce mixture. Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
