Sausage-rice casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sausage, bulk
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 cup Onion; chopped
1 can Soup, cream of mushroom
1 can Soup, cream of chicken
1 can Water
1 cup Rice, regular; uncooked
