|½ cup||Chopped green pepper|
|½ cup||Chopped onions|
|½ cup||Chopped celery|
|1 can||Sliced water chestnuts|
|1 pounds||Bulk sausage|
|3 \N||Envelopes chicken noodle soup mix|
|½ cup||Raw rice|
Cook first 5 ingredients in skillet until sausage is done. Put in casserole with last 3 ingredients, mix well, bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Bake uncovered for 30 more minutes.
