Sausage rice casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Bulk hot sausage
1 cup Chopped celery
1 cup Chopped onion
1 cup Chopped green peppers
2 cans Chicken broth
1 cup Uncooked regular rice
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Brown sausage in heavy skillet, add celery, onion, & green pepper and simmer until tender. Add broth, ricce & seasonings, stir to mix.

Pour into 2 qt. casserole, cover & bake at 325 for one hour.
