Easy parmesan potato bake

| 6 | mediums | Potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 lbs.) |
| 1 | cup | Chicken stock or vegetable stock |
| 1 | tablespoon | Melted butter or olive oil |
| 1 | large | Clove garlic, minced |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ⅓ | cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375

Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass measuring cup, combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
