Saucy potatoes

¼cupDPQ Sauce per potato; (Recipe above)
cupDr Pepper
½cupOil
½cupLemon juice
1cupCatsup
1teaspoonGarlic powder
¼cupDry minced onion
2teaspoonsSalt
1teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonCrushed red pepper or red pepper sauce
1teaspoonBasil

Directions

DPQ SAUCE

Slice potatoes crosswise in ½-inch slices. Place in heavy-duty aluminum foil and pour ¼ cup sauce over potatoes. Wrap tightly and bake at 350? for one hour; or place on top of grill for one hour.

DPQ SAUCE: Blend together on stir speed of blender for 2 minutes. Store in tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake well before using. (Will keep for several weeks in refrigerator.) Yield: 4½ cups
