Sauce for vegetables

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 tablespoon Cornstarch dissolved in 3 T
\N \N Cold water
1 tablespoon Honey or sugar (optional)
\N \N Garlic powder and/or ginger
\N \N Powder to taste

Mix well just before pouring over vegetables in skillet/wok. Stir sauce and vegetables quickly to cover. Sauce will thicken quickly -- add more water if it thickened too quickly.
