Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 teaspoon Parsley; chopped
1 teaspoon Chervil; chopped
1 teaspoon Tarragon; chopped
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 Tomatoes; skinned and seeded
4 Coriander seeds; crushed
Salt and pepper

Place all the ingredients into a small pan. Season and warm gently to tepid, remove from the heat and serve.
