Spicy peanut sauce for vegetables

1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
Some grated fresh ginger
1 small Clove garlic; crushed
⅛ teaspoon Chili powder flakes
1 cup Creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Milk
Peanuts; optional

PEANUT SAUCE

Combine and blend until smooth. In a small skillet, heat peanut butter. Add brown sugar, soy sauce and milk. Mix to a thick paste over medium heat. Transfer to serving dish.

Sprinkle peanuts over peanut butter mixture.
