Saturday skillet breakfast~

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 slices Bacon, turkey, cubed 1/2" pi
1 medium Potato; cut into small cubes
2 Green onions; thinly sliced
½ teaspoon Chili powder
5 Eggs, beaten

Place turkey bacon and potato in nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 12 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring frequently.

Stir in onion and chili powder. Pour egg product evenly over mixture; cover. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes or until mixture is set.

Cut into 4 wedges.

Makes 4 servings.
