Country skillet bread

12 ounces Pkg
⅓ cup Wheat germ -- plain
⅓ cup 100% BranĀ® cereal
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
⅔ cup Milk
1 large Egg
Corn muffin mix

Heat oven to 400F; grease 8" cast-iron skillet well.

In large bowl combine muffin mix, wheat germ, cereal, and sesame seeds. In small bowl using fork, beeat milk and egg to blend well; stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients until just blended.

Pour batter into prepared skillet; bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Place skillet on wire rack to cool completely; cut bread into wedges and serve.
