6Loin lamb chops
¼cupMilk
1Egg
¼cupFlour
1cupBread crumbs
2tablespoonsOlive oil
2tablespoonsButter

Directions

Mix seasonings. Rub into meat. Blend milk with egg. Dust chops with flour. Dip into egg. Dredge in crumbs. Heat oil & butter. Fry chops, 5 minutes on each side. Serve very hot.
