Lamb chops provencale

Measure Ingredient
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Marjoram
¼ teaspoon Pepper
6 Loin lamb chops
¼ cup Milk
1 Egg
¼ cup Flour
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Butter

Mix seasonings. Rub into meat. Blend milk with egg. Dust chops with flour. Dip into egg. Dredge in crumbs. Heat oil & butter. Fry chops, 5 minutes on each side. Serve very hot.
