Thai sardines salad

Quantity Ingredient

¼ cup Onions -- chopped
1 tablespoon Lime juice -- leaves;
\N \N Chopped
1 can Sardines packed in oil
1 tablespoon Sliced chilies (or to
\N \N Taste)
1 tablespoon Cilantro or peppermint
\N \N Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients together well. Be careful not to break up the sardines too finely. Let stand 10 mins before serving. Serve with iceberg lettuce leaves or cooked rice.
