Ingredients

ounceSpanish brandy
ounceTriple Sec
3slicesFresh orange; thin
3slicesFresh apple; thin
3slicesFresh lemon; thin
1cupClub soda
Ice cubes
¾Bottle Red Rioja wine

Directions

Pour the brandy and triple sec into a 1-quart pitcher. Add the sliced fruit, club soda, and ice cubes. Fill with the Rioja wine and stir well.

Serve. Note: You may substitute seasonal fruits, but do not substitute other ingredients.
