Sangria #03

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ ounce Spanish brandy
1½ ounce Triple Sec
3 slices Fresh orange; thin
3 slices Fresh apple; thin
3 slices Fresh lemon; thin
1 cup Club soda
Ice cubes
¾ Bottle Red Rioja wine

Pour the brandy and triple sec into a 1-quart pitcher. Add the sliced fruit, club soda, and ice cubes. Fill with the Rioja wine and stir well.

Serve. Note: You may substitute seasonal fruits, but do not substitute other ingredients.
