Measure Ingredient
750 millilitres Dry red wine
2 ounces Brandy
1 large Orange; juice of
⅓ cup Simple syrup
1 \N Orange; sliced thin
1 \N Lemon; sliced thin
1 \N Lime; sliced thin
1 cup Club soda

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large pitcher. Mix and chill. When ready to serve, stir in club soda. Taste for balance and add more orange juice, simple syrup, or lemon juice as needed. Serve over ice with a slice of fruit in each glass.

NOTES : This recipe will keep indefinitely.
