Challah kugel

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Soaked challah
1½ cup Sugar
6 \N Eggs
6 cups Peeled; sliced apples
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Cinnamon
\N \N Lemon juice
¾ cup Oil (I use only 1/2 cup)

I freeze all the bits and pieces and when I get enough I make this kugel. It stays nicely on the plata (I put it on the plata on Shabbat morning on a "klee shani" and it doesn't get burnt.

Mix and put into greased aluminum pans. Bake at 325 F for 40-50 minutes, covered. Remmove covering for the lalst 15 minutes.
