Challah kugel

I freeze all the bits and pieces and when I get enough I make this kugel. It stays nicely on the plata (I put it on the plata on Shabbat morning on a "klee shani" and it doesn't get burnt.
Mix and put into greased aluminum pans. Bake at 325 F for 40-50 minutes, covered. Remmove covering for the lalst 15 minutes.
