Salted peanut cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Shortening
⅓ cup Margarine
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1¾ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350. Beat together first 6 ingredients. Add dry ingredients (except peanuts). Stir in peanuts. Drop teaspoon sized balls of dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for about 8 minutes. Cookies should be light brown.
