DROP DOUGH BY ROUNDED TEASPOONFULS ABOUT 2-INCHES APART ONTO COOKIE SHEET. FLATTEN WITH GREASED BOTTOM OF GLASS DIPPED INTO SUGAR. BAKE 8 TO 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN; COOL. MAKES ABOUT 6 DOZEN COOKIES; 85 CALORIES PER COOKIE. NOTE: IF USING SELF-RISING FLOUR, OMIT BAKING SODA AND SALT.
