Salmon cakes or muffins

Ingredients

| 1 | 1 lb can of salmon, flaked | |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dill weed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Tabasco or dash or cayenne pepper |
| ¾ | cup | Cracker meal |
| 2 | Egg whites | |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Shape into patties and place on a greased baking sheet or portion into greased muffin cups.
3. Bake at 400 F for about 20 min.
