Quantity Ingredient
3 cups Salmon
2 cups Soft bread crumbs
2 Well beaten eggs.
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt & pepper to taste
2 teaspoons Baking powder

Directions

Mix thoroughly. Chill. Shape and fry in deep fat. 365 F.
