Salmon and rice casserole

1½ | cup | Minute Rice |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
2 | cups | Milk |
1 | can | Salmon |
½ | Lemon ; Juice of | |
½ | cup | Grated Cheddar Cheese |
Directions
Cook Minute Rice according to instructions. Melt butter and add flour. When mixed well, gradually add milk. Cook until thickened. Sprinkle lemon juice over salmon.
