Salmon and rice balls

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Canned salmon
1 cup Cooked rice
½ cup Bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Onion; minced
2 teaspoons Green pepper; chopped Salt
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ cup ;Water

Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mixture. Bake 30 mins @ 350F (180C). From: Cooking Alaskan by Alaskans. Alaska Northwest Publishing Co.
