Salisbury steak

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Round steak, ground
2 tablespoons Onion juice
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Combine meat, onion juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Form in small flat cakes. Broil until well browned. Serve at once with the following sauce:

3 Tbsp bread crumbs, ⅛ tsp dry mustard, 1 Tbsp vinegar ⅓ cup sweet cream, 3 Tbsp grated horseradish, Salt and pepper Combine cream, crumbs, horseradish, and mustard. Season to taste.

Heat over hot water. Add vinegar just before serving. 4 servings.
